Building Partnerships that Advance Faculty and Program Initiatives
The Florida Atlantic Foundation works with private corporations, foundations, and their respective board members and program officers to secure funds for programs, scholarships, research, and other important university initiatives.
We collaborate with Florida Atlantic’s Office of Research Development within the Division of Research to help faculty secure resources to advance their work and build meaningful partnerships with philanthropic foundations. We partner with all FAU schools, colleges, and units across our campuses to champion our innovative work with foundation representatives.

Many foundations require an applicant be a 501 (c)(3). When this is the case, the faculty and staff may apply as the FAU Foundation. Below are attachments that are typically required as part of the application. If the grant is awarded and is supporting research or another sponsored project, the funds will transfer to Florida Atlantic University for management.
