Lee Harding was a local pioneer in the field of GIS. A Florida native, he never stopped working to better the environment and help his fellow colleagues. A teacher at his core, he mentored many local professionals and made the profession better for his contributions. A believer in second chances this scholarship is for the student who is excited by mapping and application development but also still finding themselves.
