Tara joined the FAU Foundation in March of 2024, as part of the Annual Giving team. As the Donor Engagement Officer, she works collaboratively as a front-line fundraiser, supporting all areas of the University by helping to build and feed the major gift pipeline through the identification, qualification, solicitation, and stewardship of donors at the Leadership giving level.

Tara brings over a decade of cross-sector experience in fundraising, event planning, grant writing, marketing, and communications. She has held leadership positions within small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations, including 211 HelpLine, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, and Children in Placement.

Tara is a South Florida native, born in Miami and raised in Coral Springs. As a proud two-time graduate of Florida Atlantic University , she is excited to be back on campus, playing an integral role within the Institutional Advancement Department.
