Kiley Johnson joined the Division of Institutional Advancement in September 2024 as the Assistant Director of Alumni Networks. In his role, he leads all alumni network engagement and growth initiatives within the Alumni and Community Engagement team as well as engagement with other key programs aligned with strategic priorities for the department.

Prior to joining FAU, Johnson served as the Youth Football Coordinator for the Miami Dolphins from 2022-2024 where he managed flag football development, Junior Dolphins social media, and the growth of a youth staff of over 100 coaches. During his two seasons with the Dolphins, the team earned top-tier rankings from the NFL in both 2022-23 and 2023-24 for their youth football initiatives.

Before the Miami Dolphins, Johnson was the East Region Director for Little League International in Bristol, CT in 2021 where he oversaw televised tournaments and the operations of over 1,700 leagues across 13 states. He previously served as Southwest Region Assistant Director in Waco, TX from 2016-2021.

Johnson also interned for the Washington Commanders in 2015 before serving as Director of Football Operations at Mansfield University from 2015-2016.
