Erika Carlson joined the Division of Institutional Advancement in January 2023 as the Assistant Director of Alumni and Community Engagement. In her role, she oversees innovative programming, association networks and strategic partnerships to build lifelong connections with alumni, students and the community. Carlson returns to FAU after three years as she previously served as the Assistant Director and Director of Athletic Marketing for the Owls from 2016-2019.
- Prior to joining the Division of Institutional Advancement, Carlson served as the Director of Community Outreach and Development at South University from 2020-2022 where she managed all corporate partnership activities to drive enrollment growth.
- Before South University, Carlson served as the Associate Director of Athletic Marketing and Fan Engagement at Boston College from 2019-2021.
