In her role as Interim Assistant Vice President for Advancement Operations, Mary oversees the management of alumni and donor data, technology, compliance, and the day-to-day operations of Institutional Advancement. Her team includes gift processing, database administration, data analytics, prospect research and management, and human resources and business operations.
With more than 20 years of advancement experience, Mary has partnered with advancement teams to provide comprehensive support that drives campaign success. She is passionate about improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of advancement services through technology, streamlined workflows, and collaboration.
Prior to joining Florida Atlantic University’s Division of Institutional Advancement, Mary worked in healthcare, nonprofit, and higher education fundraising. Most recently, she served as Development Services Manager for SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Foundation in St. Louis, Missouri. Her experience also includes serving as Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving at the Broward College Foundation and as Associate Director of Development for the YMCA of South Palm Beach County. Earlier in her career, she contributed to Princeton University’s Aspire Campaign as a Development Event Specialist and served as Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
