Steven Schmidt

Steve Schmidt is President/CEO of Schmidt Family LLC which invests in early-stage companies. He spent 40 years in corporate America, initially in Consumer packaged goods companies Proctor and Gamble, PepsiCo, and the Pillsbury Food company, where his last assignment was President of Pillsbury Canada. He continued his career joining ACNielsen as President of their US business, progressing to North America, Americas (includes South America), and then President and CEO of ACNielsen Global, operating in 95 counties. He concluded his career at Office Depot where he served as President of North American Business Solutions and President International, operating in 62 countries. Steve is a graduate of Purdue University, and serves on multiple not-for-profit boards, including The George Snow Foundation, Boca Regional Hospital Foundation, Purdue University Presidents Advisory Board, and past Chairmen of the FAU Foundation Board.
