Paul Kilgallon formed Mainstreet Capital Partners, a real estate investment and development company with operation throughout the Southeast and Southwestern United States, in 1999. He oversees all of Mainstreet’s acquisition, development, and management activities. Prior to starting Mainstreet, Paul was a partner at CMD Realty Investors, overseeing the acquisition and development of office properties in Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. He holds a Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign.
Paul serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Best Foot Forward Foundation.
Paul and his wife, Patricia, have lived in Boca Raton for over 35 years. They have three children, Michelle, Brian and Emily.
