Jillian joined Florida Atlantic University as the Director of Development for the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing in May 2025. In this role, she focuses on identifying and developing relations that will lead to philanthropic support the College and University’s strategic mission. Having grown up around nursing, she is excited to support such a caring and critically needed profession.
Prior to Florida Atlantic, Jillian was with the University of Nevada, Reno for five years as a development director for the Orvis School of Nursing, as well as the School of Public Health, School of Social Work, and College of Liberal Arts at various times.
She began her career at American Corporate Partners, a veteran service organization, facilitating mentorships for service members preparing for civilian careers, then eventually joining their first fundraising team.
