FAU Foundation Event Sponsorship Request Form

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Florida Atlantic University Foundation. The FAU Foundation supports the University’s mission and is dedicated to furthering the University’s vision and strategic goals focused on driving student success. To ensure your organization’s request for support aligns with the mission and vision and maintains fiscal accountability for the FAU Foundation, we require that you complete the following event and sponsorship request form.

Please use this form if you are a community organization seeking FAU Foundation sponsorship, including individual ticket and/or table sponsorship support, or marketing/advertising sponsorship. Once received, this form will be reviewed by the Community Events & Sponsorship Committee. Request approvals and support decisions are now made on an annual basis to ensure annual budget obligations.
