FAU More Than Doubles Investment in Israel Bonds

Florida Atlantic University will more than double its investment in Israeli government-backed bonds, with the purchase of an additional $5 million for its investment funds. This latest asset makes Florida Atlantic the university with the largest Israel Bonds holdings in the world – a total investment of $8.2 million, up from $3.2 million held by the Florida Atlantic University Foundation. This purchase mirrors recent moves by the state of Florida and Palm Beach County, the world’s largest local government investor in Israel Bonds. Revenue from these bonds will support the strategic goals of the university.

FAU Lab Schools Campus Officially Celebrates its New Home

Florida Atlantic University celebrated the official opening of its A.D. Henderson University School and FAU High School campus with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The nearly 62,000-square-foot complex houses the elementary, middle and high schools at the No. 2 public school system in the country. The state-of-the-art campus replaces its original home, which was built in 1968.

Finance Students Present Investment Strategies to Industry Leaders

Finance students recently presented their portfolio investment recommendations to leading financial experts as part of their work with Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business Student Managed Investment Fund. The Student Managed Investment Fund in the College of Business was generously funded with $500,000 at its inception through a $250,000 gift from Dan Davidowitz and Polen Capital Management, LLC and matched by the Florida Atlantic University Foundation. Through a three-credit-hour investment fund course, business students are trained to participate in real-time financial decision-making using real money.

2026 Softball Season Tickets on Sale Now

Season tickets for Florida Atlantic softball's 2026 campaign are on sale now, priced at $150 for the Owls' 25 home games. For $6 per game, fans can catch the Owls at FAU Softball Stadium in their hunt for their third consecutive American Conference title. Florida Atlantic won 45 games in 2025 and earned its second consecutive NCAA Regional bid, achieving its first tournament victory since 2016. The team is returning 14 players from 2025, including all seven of its all-conference honorees.
