Allison Taylor has more than 20 years of public accounting experience. She has an extensive background in serving public and non-public energy companies, including advising on complex accounting and reporting matters and the adoption of new accounting standards. Her areas of experience include accounting for power purchase agreements, energy trading, tax equity arrangements, and partnership flip structures. Allison has experience with rate regulation at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and in numerous state jurisdictions, as well as with the various aspects of regulatory accounting.
Allison has significant experience with SEC reporting requirements, including those applicable to IPOs and mergers and acquisitions, as well as a strong understanding of sustainability matters and associated reporting. She has led assurance projects for sustainability-linked debt instruments and green bonds as well as other sustainability-related readiness projects. Allison also has experience with internal controls readiness projects and in advising clients on ways to address material weaknesses and other internal control matters.
Allison received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and her Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Allison currently services as the Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Directors of Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County. Allison also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Atlantic University Foundation.
