At Tavistock Restaurant Collections, Abe and Louie’s
· Joined Abe and Louie’s in August of 2021 as a hostess
· Carefully managed reservations and balance seating capacity to ensure the optimal customer experience while managing the dining area with leadership and organizational strategies focused on managing the guests and business needs
· Developed relations with regular customers to promote top customer service standards and was deemed as a designated trainer for new employees, including teaching customer service and operations
