Abbey Lauth has served the Foundation since 2004 as executive support to the CFO. She is responsible for paying all invoices for Foundation team members and streamlining workflow to ensure productivity, budgetary limits, and timelines. Along with important office management tasks, Lauth takes in all deposits and gifts for the Foundation and assists finance colleagues as needed. She is proficiently skilled in multiple software platforms to supervise office operations and ensure department efficiencies. Lauth is also a Notary Public with the State of Florida.
- Prior to joining the FAU Foundation, Lauth served as an administrative assistant for General Nutrition International Centers where she designed and developed presentations for international conventions, government, and financial meetings under the Director of International Registration and Pharmacy.
- Lauth served as Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Linen Supermarket in Pompano Beach, Florida, preparing financial reports, processing bank wire transfers, and compiling all insurance claims. She determined the budget and created quarterly reports.
