Ted Knight leads bands for weddings and parties all over Florida. The World's Smallest Big Band uses two horns, The Ted Knight Orchestra uses four, and The Ted Knight Big Band is the real thing, 16 to 20 pieces strong. Each of these bands can play pop and rock as well as jazz and swing. Ted also leads Crosswind, featuring rock, reggae and country, and doubles as a DJ. He still plays with musicians he met in the FAU jazz band.

Race for the Arts in conjunction with Arts for a Complete Education is a nonprofit organization that raises funds and awareness for arts programs in Palm Beach County Schools through sponsorships and a running and walking event. It is our goal to increase audiences and support students in music, drama, dance, photography and other art programs. Additionally, we sponsor an annual student art contest. At the event, students perform along the race route and on stage, and student artwork is displayed for the community to enjoy.
