Faith joined the Florida Atlantic staff as a graduate student worker in the fall of 2021. Previously, she managed day-to-day operations of the Florida State University football recruiting department. In the summer of 2024, Faith moved to the Florida Atlantic athletics department where her attention is focused on raising funds for student-athletes as a Director of Development.
